Actuator Cable
This is one of three Actuator Cables in the wiring harness that connect the Tilt, Back and Leg Actuators to the CB16 Control Box. The Actuator Cables are 2500 mm (98 inches) in length with mini-fit plugs at each end allowing for quick and easy replacement of any Actuator.Power Cord & Plug
The black Power Cord is hospital grade, 18 AWG, 3 conductor, SJT with a hospital grade plug. Approximate length of 3200 mm (126 inches). This is a proprietary power cord that locks into the CB16 and seals with o-rings.

The 8 position manual Foot Control provides up and down precision movement to the Base, Tilt, Back and Leg actuators. The lightweight ergonomic design places the four control pads operating upward movement at a higher level than those operating the lower movements, providing a comfortable Foot Control for hands free operation. The cable length is 2500 mm (98 inches) providing optimal placement options around the table. Made from gray, high strength plastic housing and black control pads with a protection rating of IPX7. Made in England.Digital Junction Box (DJB)
The Digital Junction Box by LINAK allows multiple controls to be connected to the Control Box with a cable length of 1000 mm (39 inches). Made from gray, high strength plastic housing with a protection rating of IPX6.

Upper Rear Panel
The Upper Rear Panel has an opening providing clearance for the Base Actuator motor and can replace the original Rear Panel. The original Rear Panel can be modified to work by cutting the opening with metal cutting equipment such as a saws-all or jig saw and drill in the shop, utilizing the paper template provided with the kit. Made from 16 gage sheet metal, powder coated medium gray, approximate weight 4 lbs.
H-Brace
The H-Brace has an opening providing clearance for the Base Actuator motor and can replace the original H Brace that does not have a large opening. Some exam tables have H Braces with a small slot at the top and bottom. If the original H Brace has a small slot opening, it can be modified to work by cutting the opening with metal cutting equipment such as a saws-all or jig saw and drill in the shop, utilizing the paper template provided with the kit. Made from 10 gage sheet metal, powder coated medium gray, approximate weight 5 lbs.
Motor Cover Straps (Set of 2)
The Motor Cover Straps provide a rigid method of fastening the plastic motor cover to the side panels. Some older tables may have minor damage on the motor cover at the screw holes. The Motor Cover Straps not only provide reinforcement but also cover damaged areas on the plastic motor cover. Two Motor Cover Straps per order. Made from 16 gage sheet metal, powder coated medium gray.
CB16 Control Box
The CB16 Control Box (CB16) by LINAK is a proprietary software based system for customizing actuator movement with the option for added accessories. This CB16 protects the actuators with electronic overload protection. Made from gray, high strength plastic housing with a protection rating of IPX4.

The Hand Control is comprised of 12 easy touch buttons providing up and down movement for the Base, Tilt, Back, and Leg actuators, including 3 memory positions and a memory set button. This light weight Hand Control has a solid built in hook for hanging when not in use and a gray coiled cable for ease of safe movement around the table. Made from gray, high strength plastic housing with a protection rating of IPX5.
