ElectraFit would like to take this opportunity to thank the medical refurbishing company responsible for the compilation of this video you are about to view. Being the unassuming folks that they are, they have asked not to mention their name, but being located in the south, they do understand the meaning of southern hospitality and have been gracious in allowing ElectraFit the opportunity of sharing the contents with its viewers and we thank them for that. This video was taken during an actual normal rebuilding process in their shop beginning with a reconditioned table base and incorporating the ElectraFit model EF1200 retrofit kit. The video was initially prepared for use on their own company website to show their existing and future customers the new option that is now available for completely updating their older existing Power Exam Tables with new advanced technology at a substantial cost savings over purchasing a new exam table or even repairing the old hydraulic system. The most important segment of this video is the entire video itself – being taken during an actual installation process in the shop environment with nothing being staged and certainly no handsome high dollar actors! As they say, “a picture is worth a thousand words” and It tells the complete story of the thoughtful design process that went into the ElectraFit System, allowing simple ease of installation for any medical refurbishing company when completely rebuilding a table in their shop or the service repair individual that may be required to install the ElectraFit conversion kit within the confines of the medical office environment – notice that the installation process does not require altering the structure of the existing table. Even though this particular video shows a complete table rebuild in a shop environment, the ElectraFit conversion kit has been carefully designed to provide a service technician the ability to easily install all components in a quiet, neat, and timely manner within the medical office environment requiring an approximate installation time frame of two and a half hours - start to finish! The structural design and solid construction of these Midmark tables are superior to many newer tables on the market today. With the development of the ElectraFit System, we are now able to retrofit these older, quality tables with a new electric actuator kit, totally replacing the old worn out hydraulic system by removing all existing hydraulic components including the hydraulic motor, four hydraulic cylinders, all related hoses, oil, and fittings, in addition to the 115v control box and wiring system within the table and existing foot controller.
